Albert A. Bartlett, the iconic physics professor, helped preserve the city he called home, and now the city has moved to preserve his home. Loren Hough has won a New Investigator Maximizing Investigators’ Research Award from the National Institutes of Health to further vital research in the field of biophysics, specifically the behavior of tubulin, a protein involved in many life processes.
