Fiorentia (Fiori) Anglou is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Sustainability at the Leeds School of Business, Â鶹ӰԺ. Her current research includes projects examining the effectiveness of organic waste policies in the U.S. and the role of food date labels in shaping consumer purchasing behavior.

She holds a PhD in Operations Management from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, an MA in Economics from the University of Texas, and both an MSc and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
