Elevating Our Commitment
Establishing the standalone division of Employee Health and Well-Being (EHWB) was just the beginning. In February 2026, Chancellor Justin Schwartz announced a significantly expanded investment in faculty and staff well-being—marking a new phase of this work and enabling EHWB to scale services, strengthen infrastructure and launch new offerings over the coming year.
This commitment builds on months of listening, learning and piloting. It reflects what we’ve heard from campus and what we know to be true: when employees are supported in meaningful, practical ways, our entire university is stronger.
