Confidential Consultation Services

Our upcoming Lunch and Learn, titled The Benefits of Supervisors鈥 Responsive聽Gratitude聽Expression, is taking place on Feb 24th from 12:00-12:30 pm!聽

We will be joined by Professor Dejun 鈥淭ony鈥 Kong for a session in which participants will learn about research which shows that when supervisors express聽gratitude聽in an agentic or communal manner that matches employees鈥 preferences, employees will feel more appreciated and engage more frequently in voice.

Conversations with the Ombuds Office are voluntary, confidential and informal. The Ombuds Office is not authorized to receive notice of claims against the university聽nor are Ombuds mandatory reporters. We are not required to report any matters you discuss, unless there is an imminent risk of serious harm. By using our services, you agree not to record the conversation or call members of the office to testify in a court of law.

Consults with ombuds are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call聽303-492-5077. We are located in聽Suite 484, drop by during our hours of operation to get an appointment scheduled. Call ahead to ensure that we are available. We are a small team and lock our suite when we are all busy assisting others.听
