Dear [first],

Our records indicate that either you haven't applied for the College Opportunity Fund (COF) benefit or there's an error in your application.

COF was created by the Colorado Legislature to pay a portion of total in-state tuition for eligible undergrads. There's no limit to the number of students who receive it, and you never have to pay it back.

If you don't apply for COF and/or resolve your application error by 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4, 2026, you won't receive the COF tuition reduction for your eligible Fall 2026 class(es).

Please follow our instructions to apply for and authorize COF. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
