BVSD updates calendar to match CU �鶹ӰԺ spring break dates

to align the district’s spring break with CU �鶹ӰԺ’s spring break dates.

For a number of years, CU �鶹ӰԺ’s spring break dates have matched with the �鶹ӰԺ Valley School District’s spring break dates and often those of��the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD). This is helpful to many CU �鶹ӰԺ employees and CU �鶹ӰԺ parents and families who have students enrolled in one of the two nearby K-12 school districts.��

BVSD and CU �鶹ӰԺ identified a discrepancy for the 2022–23 academic year.��

Following the BVSD Board of Education’s unanimous vote on June 7, BVSD moved spring break to March 27–31, 2023, which matches CU �鶹ӰԺ’s break.

SVVSD has currently not made any changes to its planned March 20–24, 2023, spring break.��

CU �鶹ӰԺ reached out to both school districts to set the stage for future cooperation on calendar setting that benefits all three institutions going forward.
