Staff Programs

The Dialogues program offers BFI staff the opportunity to engage in facilitated conversation aimed at advancing equity, learning, engagement, and action. Our staff are invited to participate in several structured dialogues during the year. Fellows is an 8-month professional development program available to staff at all levels that launched in 2019. Each month during the program, Fellows participants take part in dynamic presentations and exercises in areas such as Growth Mindset, Inclusive Excellence, Vivid Visioning, and more. The Supervisor CoP (Community of Practice) is a space for supervisors across the organization to connect, learn, and grow together. This group meets regularly to build community, share insights, and strengthen leadership skills. Contact bfi-hr@colorado.edu for more information.
