Staff Programs

The Dialogues program offers BFI staff the opportunity to engage in facilitated conversation aimed at advancing equity, learning, engagement, and action. Our staff are invited to participate in several structured dialogues during the year. The Supervisor CoP (Community of Practice) is a space for supervisors across the organization to connect, learn, and grow together. This group meets regularly to build community, share insights, and strengthen leadership skills. Contact bfi-hr@colorado.edu for more information.
