Welcome to the Golden Buffalo Marching Band (GBMB) at the Â鶹ӰԺ College of Music! We’re committed to providing the best experience for any student who wishes to join this organization—music majors and non-majors alike. Membership is open to CU Â鶹ӰԺ Students with prior experience on a wind instrument (woodwind or brass), drumline (non-front ensemble) and color guard.Ìý

Pearl Street Stampedes

A favorite local tradition, the CU Â鶹ӰԺ Golden Buffalo Marching Band (GBMB) joins the Colorado Buffaloes in bringing our campus and community together as we rally for Buffs victories before !

The GBMB leads the excitement and enthusiasm on Â鶹ӰԺ’s Pearl Street Mall, beginning at the Â鶹ӰԺ Courthouse downtown. Each stampede kicks off with an entertaining preview of musical highlights for the next day’s game.
