FLEXD Unified Description of Opportunity

All FLEXD fellows support transformational leadership development by providing meaningful opportunities to the PLC community.

Each fellow works towards their own leadership and professional development by taking small, extraordinary steps towards shared goals in academic curricula and co-curricular programming.Ìý

FLEXD fellows must pursue excellence and personal improvement because we need innovative and ethical leaders who are going to create meaningful change.

FLEXD Director - (5,000/AY)

Connections Team - The Connections Team coordinates and promotes all activities between alumni and current students and/or the Board of Advocates.

Community Team - The CommunityÌýTeam coordinates and promotes community-focused activities for PLC students.

°ä°¿¸é±Ê³§Ìý°Õ±ð²¹³¾Ìý - Builds relationships and conducts outreach in order to encourage applications to the program, and shape selection of the incoming PLC cohort.

Change Team - The Change Team advances PLC's hands-on learning opportunities through service, mentorship, and personal and professional development.

Academic Team - The Academic Team supports and collaborates closely with the PLC's faculty to create and implement the PLC curriculum and nurture student success.
