    Fall Proposal Cycle Begins - 9/4/26

    Please submit your signed proposal before midnight on 10/2/26

  2. October

    Fall Proposals Due - 10/2/26 @ 11:59pm

  3. October

    EEF Review of Fall Proposals

  4. November

    Fall Proposal Funding Announced - 11/20/26

    Once EEF receives everyone’s speed type, you will receive funding in about a week.

  5. January

    Spring Proposal Cycle Begins - TBD

    Be sure your proposal has the required signatures BEFORE submission

  6. February

    Spring Proposals Due - TBD

  7. February - March

    EEF Review of Spring Proposals - TBD

  8. March

    Spring Proposal Funding Announced - TBD

  9. April

    EEF Symposium - TBD

    The Symposium event for the EEF will be held in the Engineering Center.  Attendance is required for awardees from the last cycle.Â
