Important notes:

• When making your travel and lodging arrangements, please keep in mind that oral presentation panels will begin on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 8:30 a.m. and conclude on Monday, Nov. 9, at 5:45 p.m. Presenters should plan their travel accordingly.
• Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long with 10 minutes for discussion and Q&A. 
  • Please bring your own devices, adaptors, chargers, and clickers if planning on projecting slides
• For poster presentations, please have your printed posters ready to be displayed. 
  • We encourage authors to be present alongside their posters during the poster session.
