PI Form Instructions

The page linked below includes a link to the "Personal Information" form, which is hosted on another department's website. The instructions describe the typical hiring process and doesn't apply to your UROP award. You can ignore the references to employment. The platform our campus uses is called Taleo, which is a secure system primarily used to hire employees into the payroll system. Our payment team uses the same process to collect your information even though your award does not create an employer-employee relationship with the university.

When do I complete the PI form?

You must provide your personal information, using the form, by the date posted in the timeline. If you do not complete the PI form by the date posted, your offer could be withdrawn. Before offers are withdrawn, you'll be contacted by UROP.
